Need assistance with Chatter Teamforce permissions

I am testing Chatter Teamforce, and everything seems to work fine for admins.  However, when I grant access for a standard user profile to the app and to the three objects, I have access problems.

The user can see the Collaboration Spaces tag, each Collaboration space, and has access to Chatter on the page.  However, he has no access to the Collaboration Space Detail below.  I get this message:

Content cannot be displayed: You do not have sufficient privileges to access the page: /apex/CollaborationSpaceConsole

Where is that access set up?
